By accessing or using Appear AI services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Avarabrands Inc.
Appear AI provides AI-powered tools for local businesses including AI voice receptionists, website lead capture agents, and business automation systems. Services are provided on a setup fee plus monthly subscription basis.
To use our services you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of Appear AI services are owned by Avarabrands Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without express written permission.

Our one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your account. Setup work begins within 24 hours of payment. If you cancel before setup work begins you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days following setup completion please contact us at hello@appearai.io. We will work with you to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve your concerns to a reasonable standard we will issue a full refund of your setup fee.
In the event of a significant technical failure on our part that renders our services unusable for an extended period we will provide a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period at our discretion.
